Here is the application form needed to join D&R kite club Caerphilly online. NOTE: You will need a printer and a scanner or both together to be able to use this form. Reasons being that you will need to print off the form and scan it onto your computer. You NEED to email it to rhysmarston@yahoo.co.uk for full consent.
